Ballito school to know fate in January

The court case between PLG Academy and the KwaDukuza Municipality postponed to January.

The proposed high school PLG Academy will only know their fate on January 19.

The case between the KwaDukuza municpality and PLG Academy will be heard two days before the school is set to open its doors.

KDM brought the application to block the school from operating, saying they did not apply in time for special consent.

The case was postponed on December 29 in the Durban high court.

Headmaster Ryan Doig said they will send out correspondence from their attorney’s next week.

The school is set to open on 21 January 2015.
