Child critical after Tinley Manor accident

The vehicle rolled multiple times.

A five-year-old child is fighting for his life at Lenmed Ethekwini Hospital and Heart Centre after being thrown from a vehicle on Saturday morning.

The vehicle rolled on the N2 near the Tinley Manor off-ramp early on November 2, said paramedics.

IPSS Medical Rescue spokesperson Paul Herbst said the child was airlifted to hospital.

According to Herbst, the vehicle rolled multiple times.

The child remains in a critical condition.
