Wellness in the Wilderness, an event organised by The North Coast Courier Orphan Fund in partnership with Virgin Active Ballito and Soul Studio’s Shirley-Ann Brown was a hit!
The event kicked-off with a session of yoga at the Rain Farm Game Lodge last weekend where a total of 26 people got to enjoy a relaxing escape on the countryside-walk in the wilderness after yoga.
Soul Studio’s Shirley-Ann explained that yoga allows you to rediscover yourself and brings you to a stand still to simply breathe and be at one with yourself.
After yoga, guests were spoiled with a walk through the game reserve where they spotted numerous wild animals.
“It was such a wonderful experience. We saw so many animals including giraffe,” said Orphan Fund coordinator, Jane Armstrong.
