Palm Ridge development lifts off

The new Palm Ridge development, an extension of Palm Lakes, will feature 47 new homes priced from R2.89-million.

The public and estate agents gathered at Beachwood Boutique Hotel recently where details of the Palm Ridge development, a new extension of the existing Palm Lakes Estate just north of Ballito, were unveiled.

The event was hosted by Club Real Estate, PME Attorneys and Dream Bonds.

Forty-seven homes will be built, priced from R2.89-million for properties featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

With full access to existing facilities at the estate, Palm Ridge is in close proximity to beaches, schools and business hubs.
