Beacon of Care fundraiser a success

The organisation aims to reduce suffering and enhance the quality of life of patients who have been diagnosed with life-threatening diseases.

Beacon of Care hosted a fundraising event at Burnedale Bistro in Umhlali last Wednesday.

Guests were treated to a line-up of inspiring speakers, including Sharon Castle from Mindfit Life Coaching Academy, Pacha Ngandu of Planet Vida and Barbara Scogings, a holistic life strategist and writer.

Beacon of Care is a non-profit organisation that provides holistic palliative and hospice care to patients in Ballito and surrounds.

Their aim is to reduce suffering and enhance the quality of life of patients who have been diagnosed with life-threatening diseases.
