Hirsch’s networking series sees Ballito business community make lasting connections

Hirsch’s Ballito’s first networking event of 2025 brought fitness into focus.

The regular networking series encourages businesspeople to share their combined knowledge and make lasting connections.

Last week’s event was led by Ballito wellness advocate, Sarah Swainson, the founder of Jump Start and Ordinarily Active. Her advice to the group was to pick an exercise or hobby and just start, regardless of your fitness level.

“There is so much available to us in this awesome part of the world – from walking, running and swimming in groups, to doing Zumba classes, cycling, boogie boarding, playing bowls, tennis, padel and more,” said Sarah.

“If you are lonely or depressed, there is no better way than to get out there and exercise with other people in the community!”
