Popular puppy yoga event pairs poses with paws

Hosted at Sugar Rush Park, the event raised funds for animal rescue while promoting puppy adoption.

Sunday’s puppy yoga at Sugar Rush Park combined yoga with furry friends, offering a unique experience while supporting a charitable cause.

Organised by Secret Sunrise Durban in partnership with the SAFE Fostering Network, the event raised funds for animal rescue. Secret Sunrise is a global movement that encourages people to gather for outdoor silent dance and meditation experiences. The SAFE Fostering Network is a dedicated animal rescue organisation based in Durban, focused on addressing the challenges of dog overpopulation, abandonment and neglect.

“We partner with SAFE several times a year through our signature Secret Sunrise Yoga events to bring the community together, support their mission, and encourage people to move their bodies. It’s a beautiful morning of joy shared with puppies, family, and the community.”
