KZN’s first supercar-centric development launches at Zimbali Lakes
Avanti Residences will include temperature-controlled supercar storage, detailing and management.
Dedicated supercar storage and stunning views headline the launch of the newest development at Zimbali Lakes – Avanti Residences.
The development, which will house 63 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, was launched alongside the Tatali Society Club (TSC) on August 26.
Avanti Residences is marketed as the first supercar-centric development in KwaZulu-Natal and will include a temperature-controlled showroom and vault for world-class storage and detailing of luxury cars in partnership with RACE!
“Supercars are more than vehicles; they are delicate works of art that demand specialist care and asset management,” said TSC and Avanti Residences operations manager, Neil Cocker.
“Our research confirmed the demand for this offering, with many collectors running out of space to securely house their investments.”
Supercar experts RACE! bring global expertise in high-end customisation and presentation.

“Partnering with Zimbali Lakes to create the TSC Showroom and Supercar Vault – a climate-controlled sanctuary offering secure supercar storage, bespoke detailing, valet service and full-spectrum automotive asset management – allows us to create a sanctuary for supercars in KZN,” said RACE! owner, Marco Casciani.
“For me, cars have always been more than machines. They’re emotion, precision, and power – expressions of identity and craftsmanship. This is about preservation, value and passion for a community that expects nothing less than excellence and we are delighted to be part of this pioneering and innovative offering.”
Beyond the supercar facilities, Avanti will also offer some exciting lifestyle options, like the TSC Skybar and Restaurant, alongside whiskey lockers and cigar lounges.
“Avanti Residences is a statement in design and lifestyle,” said Zimbali Lakes sales and marketing manager, Dave McGregor.
“It combines the exclusivity of a Zimbali Lakes Estate address with the unique prestige of a supercar-focused community, appealing to discerning investors who demand both returns and refinement.”
Avanti apartments will start at R2.45-million for one bedroom, rising to R5.3-million for two-bedroom duplexes and between R8.47-million and R17.5-million for penthouses. Short-term rentals are permitted and pets are welcome subject to terms and conditions.
