Classic car event moved to Sunday

Previously set for the public holiday, the event will now take place on Sunday, September 28.

Rev up your Heritage experience with the Ballito Auto Body Heritage Classic Car Day this weekend – where culture and community take the driver’s seat.

Previously set for the public holiday, the event will now take place on Sunday, September 28.

Car enthusiasts are in for a treat as more than 30 classic cars of different models will be on display on the day.

Open to the public, the event will run from 8am to 2pm at New Salt Rock City in front of Donna Modern Italian Restaurant.

“This event is all about bringing people together and celebrating heritage while sharing their love for cars,” said Ballito Auto Body’s Chavonne van der Westhuizen.

Chavonne added that attendees are encouraged to support nearby restaurants, as no food will be on sale at the event. Entry is free.
