5 December-5 January – Trail of Lights festive wonderland at the Durban Botanic Gardens. Tickets from R85 per person.

12 December – James Freedom at The Market from 6pm while The Black Lapels will keep you entertained at Eat Street from 6.30pm.
13-23 December – Annual Litchi festival at Glendale Road. Tickets are available online at www.litchifestival.co.za from R130-R180.
13 December – Enjoy Friday lunch with Dave Starke at The Market from 12.30pm, and dinner at The Market with Seb Goldswain from 6pm or at Eat Street with The Kickstands from 6.30pm.

14 December – Qadasi and Maqhinga from 12.30pm in The Market and Quiet Storm at Eat Street from 1pm. Dinner at The Market with Gavin Ferguson from 6pm or at Eat Street with 5th Season Jazz from 6.30pm.
15 December – Watch Beethoven’s Christmas Adventure under the stars at Manor House in support of the Rise up Movement from 5pm. Adults R120 and kids U13 R80, kids U5 free. Tickets via Quicket.
