Top twins and superb results at Crawford International North Coast

Crawford International North Coast students summited the peak of their schooling career with an impressive 100% pass rate and 97% Bachelor’s pass for the 73 students who sat for their IEB examinations last year.

The matrics produced 171 As between them, with 65 coming from the school’s top 10 pupils.

“The resilience, determination, progress and results of these students is incredible given everything that has happened this year,” said executive head Vernon David.

Twins Amera and Zenya Naicker were the top 2 students in the grade and both ranked in the top 5% of IEB students nationally.

They placed among the top 5% of all students in 6 or more subjects while also achieving more than 80% in Life Orientation.

Zenya finished first overall with 8 As and an average of 91.61%, and Amera scored 7 As at an average of 91.31%.

Ifeoma Dinka completed the top 3 with 8 As and an average of 89.77%.

Special mention goes to Santhuri Delomoney and Arya Naidoo who finished fourth and fifth respectively, both achieving a full house of 7 As.

“The way all of the students have been able to manage the mental health space and anxieties that were felt by everyone last year is amazing, it took a lot of maturity from everyone involved. I cannot be prouder or more appreciative to everyone who was part of this journey,” said David.
