Cook and snap with Pick ‘n Pay

If you like making delicious foodie creations and putting them up on Instagram to show off your skills to all your followers, then this is the competition you’ve been waiting for.

Pick ‘n Pay’s InstaCook is a food inspired photo competition where entrants are required to recreate a dish from the Pick ‘n Pay website or their Fresh Living magazine.

It really is so easy to enter. All you have to do is choose a category, it could be one, many or all of them, pick a recipe and start cooking!

Then when you are satisfied with your dish, take a photo, add some creative filters and upload it using the online entry form.

Encourage your friends and family to like the photo because the judges will pick the entries with the most votes in each category.

Two entries from each category will join the judges in Johannesburg for a trolley dash and the final cook-off at The Pick ‘n Pay Good Food Studio.

The winner of the InstaCook competition will walk away with a kitchen makeover from DNG Interiors and Bamboo Kitchen Warehouse worth R150 000 plus Pick ‘n Pay smart shopper points worth R500.
