The Clover Little Big Cook Off Recipe Book

A fantastic new proudly South African recipe book, following the Little Big Cook Off TV show.

Bobotie pancakes with apricot chutney and Toffee Banoffee Whoopies are just two of the reasons I would like to try out the Clover Little Big Cook Off recipe cook book for myself.

That and dozens of good old South African favourites like 3-cheese drop scones, Frikkadels with curried banana sauce and Chakalaka Chicken Pots. The names are enough to get me salivating.

The book is the result of the TV show with the same name and contains 60 recipes from the show, including snacks, main courses and desserts.

If you loved the show you can now create the same delicious meals that were whipped up on screen.

What I love most about this recipe book is that these are the recipes that families pass down from one generation to the next. They are practical recipes for everyday cooking.

All the proceeds made from the recipe book will go to two charities chosen by the winning family, Team Sugar and Spice made up of Lee-Anne Ibbetson and her daughter Hannah. Hannah has chosen St Theresa’s Children’s Home in Sherwood and Lee-Anne has chosen the Domino Foundation Babies Home.

The Clover Little Big Cook Off Recipe Book is available nationwide and retails for R275.
