1. Salt Rock sessions

This Friday make sure you get to Salt Rock Sessions at Sage.
It is a relaxed vibe with some good food and drinks with awesome entertainment.
This Friday musicians Luke Wyngaard, Shomon and Phil Moffet will provide some good tunes.

2. Litchi Orchard Farmer’s Market

It is the Litchi Orchard’s Farmer’s Market on Saturday, May 9 from 9am to 2pm.
There are some exciting changes being made at this market with a new layout and some extra seating under the shade so be sure to go and have a look and stock up on some fresh and delicious goodies.
3. Relax with yoga

Raja Yoga meditation is a technique to learn how to relax, to concentrate or help to seeking a path to personal enlightenment.
There is a free course at the Ballito library from 2.30pm to 4.30pm on Saturday, May 9.

4. Dog and puppy training

If you have a dog, young or old, or even considering getting one, then go and check out the Forest Hills German Shepherd Club Ballito who holds puppy and dog training for all breeds at Townsend park every Saturday morning.
Obedience and protection training is done by professional dog handler and instructor, Anthony Du Plessis.
Times are as follows: 7.45am puppy class; 8am beginners; 8.30am intermediate; 9.15am advanced.

5. Spoil your Mom!

Do not forget that it is Mother’s Day this Sunday so make sure you spoil your Mom properly this weekend.
