Actor Tom Selleck ‘stole water’

Magnum P.I. star allegedly stole water from a public hydrant, amidst California's drought.

It seems like it is not just us on the North Coast struggling with a drought!

California has been suffering through a record-breaking drought for the past four years.

Amidst the drought, the Magnum P.I. and Blue Bloods actor Tom Selleck has been accused of stealing water for his ranch in Hidden Valley, California since 2013.

Court papers filed by the Calleguas Municipal Water District accuse Selleck of stealing water from a public hydrant and transporting it to his ranch where he grows avocados.

The legal case comes after communities were ordered to reduce their consumption by 25%.
