Tiffany’s shopping centre hosted a vibrant wellness day, on Saturday morning, with proceeds going towards local heroes, Vision 153 and the Specialised Rescue Unit.
The centre came alive with Zumba classes at 10am and 11am by Curves, dance displays by Swish Dance Studio and loads of specials on beauty treatments, pampering, gym memberships, and freshly squeezed health juices to taste.
Dr Nick Wilton and his team offered free health screenings including blood pressure, random glucose, random cholesterol and body mass index (BMI) testing, while Sarah Elizabeth offered free bra fittings, helping women choose the correct bra size.
