Plants, crafts and biryani at the Blythedale Village Market

One man's trash is another man's treasure.

The sweet aroma of samoosas and biryani drew you past lovingly set up stalls selling all sorts of goodies at the Village Market at Blythedale last weekend.

Selling the creative goodies made by the St Luke’s Home of Heeling residents is Caroline Jackson with her daughters Lauren and Sadie.

Anything from jewels made from buttons to tastefully put together miniature gardens in pots were available – all proudly local and handmade.
