1 February – The KZN Watercolour Society will meet at the Westville Methodist Church, Jan Hofmeyer Road from 9am – noon. Annual general meeting, followed by painting workshop – subject: water and landscape or lighthouse. Own simple reference picture, watercolour paper, paints, pencil required. 2 February – Talented artist Nibs van der Spuy will be performing live at The Market from 10.30pm – 12.30pm.
– Enjoy some jazz at Eat Street from 1pm – 4pm featuring the amazingly talented Beat Route band.
3 February – Curious about becoming a CPF committee member? Then don’t miss the Ballito Neighbourhood Watch’s meeting in conjunction with CPF Ward six sub-forum committee election at 6pm at the Striders Running Club.
4 February – Ballito Business Network at Siggi’s in Salt Rock at 8.30am. Tips on how to enhance photos using your cell phone. Members free, non-members at R150pp. Bookings: 083 780 1953.
5 February – Umhlali and District Garden and Flower Club meeting at Muddy Boots Nursery at the Litchi Orchard. 11 February – SANBS blood donation clinic at Ballito Library from 10am to 6pm.
14 February – Do something special this Valentine’s Day! Enjoy a professional dance show by Ryno and Elena (current 2019 SA and Hong Kong Latin American Dance Champions), a live performance by lead singer of The Staccatos Steve Ashley, a DJ and social dancing at the Salt Rock Country Club.
