Stay clued-up on business with Hirsch’s entrepreneurs workshop

Weekly entrepreneurs workshops are held, free of charge, from 11am to midday.

Live a life of abundance, avoid the fear trap and adapt to change.

This was the message shared at the recent Hirsch’s Entrepreneurs Workshop by Hirsch’s executive director Margaret Hirsch, alongside Action Coach business coach Marlene Powell, both who agreed that entrepreneurs needed to step out of their comfort zones.

Guest speakers included Weather Chef Ann Wilson and innovation strategist, Wendy Mahoney.

“We have to know ourselves and find joy in who we are before we get into the money side of things. Abundance is an activity and a choice we can make,” said Ann.

Wendy pointed out that the world was changing fast and that people needed to innovate. “We need to become comfortable with being uncomfortable,” warned Marlene.

“Surround yourself with people who bring out the best in you instead.”

Margaret concluded the workshop saying that failure is not a crime.

“Failure will make you grow. Think of it as a first attempt in learning instead.”
