Whether you find live concerts or joining a local community organisation more to your fancy is completely up to you, but rest assured that with The North Coast Courier’s What’s Up On the North Coast events diary your chances of missing an event are pretty much zero.
4 November – Friday Night Market at The Litchi Orchard, 5pm – 9pm. Enjoy live music, food and crafts.
Dave Starke at The Market from 6-9pm, with the Black Lapels performing at Eat Street from 6.30-9.30pm.
5 November – Beacon of Care fundraising tea day from 10am to midday at Ballito Gesinskerk, 21 Drive-in Road, behind Leonora Drive. RSVP at 065 135 5214 or email admin@beaconofcare.co.za. Tickets are R250pp.
Qadasi and Maqhinga perform at The Market from 12.30-3.30pm, and Thomson & Thomson at Eat Street from 1-4pm.
6 November – Gavin Ferguson performs at The Studios from 10.30am to 12.30pm, followed by Quiet Storm at Eat Street, 1-4pm.
14 November – Dolphin Coast Conservancy AGM at Dolphin Coast Striders Clubhouse, Ballito from 5.30-6.30pm. Contact Di Jones at 083 612 0859.
16-17 November – Bloom School and Kingdom Kids present their annual school production ‘Josh and the Big Wall’ at Freedom House Church at 5.30pm. Tickets cost R50pp. Drinks and snacks will be on sale.
19 November – A 5km fun run at Ballito Junction with Traderoot Active and Dolphin Coast Striders. Meet at the level 6 outdoor astro turf area at 6.30am. Entry at R100 per runner. Tickets at www.racepass.com/za. Proceeds to Salt40Foundation.
20 November – Muddy Princess Dolphin Coast 5km obstacle mud run for women at Oaklands Equestrian Estate. Kids R250 and adults R569 at Webtickets.
