What’s happening on the North Coast

From activities fit for the whole family to those you can hit up on your own, the North Coast has it all!

Whether you find live concerts or joining a local community organisation more to your fancy is completely up to you, but rest assured that with The North Coast Courier’s What’s Up On the North Coast events diary your chances of missing an event are pretty much zero.

16-17 November – Bloom School and Kingdom Kids present their annual school production Josh and the Big Wall at Freedom House Church at 5.30pm. Tickets cost R50pp. Drinks and snacks will be on sale.

17 November – The Sugar Shack Penthouse open day at 4 Edward Place, Ballito. Wine and risotto tasting. Times 11am and 3pm. RSVP at 063 335 2052 with your preferred time.

18 November – Dave Starke performs at The Market from 6-9pm.

19 November – A 5km fun run at Ballito Junction with Traderoot Active and Dolphin Coast Striders. Meet at the level 6 outdoor astro turf area at 6.30am. Entry at R100 per runner. Tickets at www.racepass.com/za. Proceeds to Salt40Foundation.

Skate Day at the Bowl 2.0 in Ballito. Entry into the competition is R50. The fun starts at 12pm.

Jemma Kat performs at The Market from 12-3pm, with Steve Graham performing at Eat Street 6.30-9.30pm.

20 November – Muddy Princess Dolphin Coast 5km obstacle mud run for women at Oaklands Equestrian Estate. Kids R250 and adults R569 at Webtickets.

23 November – Ballito Neighbourhood Watch AGM at 6pm. Venue: Striders Running Club, Ocean Drive, Ballito. Contact secretary@ballitonw.org.za.

24 November – Ballito Writer’s Group final meeting for 2022 is a creative exercise in writing. A mystery thriller, followed by a finger lunch. Ballito Library, Compensation Beach Road at 10.30am. Visitors welcome. Contact Peter Gunning at 083 441 1950.

Christmas Bazaar at Ballito Gesinskerk, behind the clinic in Leonora Drive, Ballito from 8am to midday. Delicious food and fun activities for kids. Christmas themed photobooth, gifts and much more. Phone 032 946 1198.
