Big Band Music Appreciation Society monthly meeting

The monthly meeting of the Big Band Music Appreciation Society will be held on the 8th June 2014 at St John’s College Auditorium, St David Road, Houghton.

The programme will be presented by Brian Barnes and includes a short video of D-Day June 6 1944, a musical remembrance  -“It’s Swing Time” , main video- Big Band Montage No. 8 and an eclectic selection of easy listening music. There will be a refreshment break among a selection of Big Bands and other performers.
