Nitpicker loves lice

While many will cringe at the thought of removing lice, Mandy Davis becomes excited by it.

She is the proud owner of the very first lice treatment centre dedicated to eliminating any type of human lice infections. “I used to remove lice on my friends children’s head, and soon realised many people would actually like to have someone do it for them.

At the time no-one else was doing it,” said Davis. Two years later, Davis has

picked a lot of nits out of people’s hair.

“I did training online, and then I did a scalp test, and soon after I was qualified to run the business. I have trained others to assist me in the business,” said Davis.

“Anyone can get lice. I want to educate people on how people get it and different forms of treatment,” said Davis. She admitted that she has been infected by lice from her clients. “My assistant Precious Moyo helped me remove them.”

Davis is a mother of three and a former advertising agency director, who is dedicated to helping those infected with lice.
