Pupils of North West Christian School scooped up medals at the Prisma National Athletic Championships in Pretoria on 26 October.
The seven pupils represented the South African Christian Schools Sports Association (SACSSA) at the Pilditch stadium, competing in various disciplines.
“They were competing against all provinces and Zimbabwe,” explained the school’s sports coordinator, Gary McNab.
The team successfully earned three gold, four silver and two bronze medals combined, with Ronan Whittingham scooping up four of the nine.
