Northcliff Debutantes and Squires set a new record

Northcliff High raised over R600 000 for charity.

Saturday, 6 September was an evening of celebration for Northcliff High School Debutantes and Squires of 2014. After a year of hard work and lots of fundraising, it was a night for the 66 boys and girls to dress up and celebrate their achievements. The ball was held at Mellow Oaks. It was a magical event enjoyed by the debutantes, squires and their parents. The group managed to raise a total of

R671 423.63, a record amount. As is Northcliff’s tradition, a portion of this amount will be donated to St Laurence’s Children’s Home.

The top debutante for the evening was Emma Coetzer who brought in R77 077, 69. The runners up were Megan Holtzhausen (R72 714,33) and Kirsti-Lee van der Haer (R41 335,36). The top squire, Yoelan Pillay, brought in an amount of R23 248, 32.
