MICHEAL MACLEAD: My main concern is people who drink and drive. They should rather use an Uber to avoid causing accidents and roadblocks.

The arrival of the festive season is an opportunity for people to apply caution and be aware of what affects them. Northcliff Melville Times spoke to the community about what their concerns are this festive season. Here is what they had to say:

 

SHIVEN SINGH: I’m concerned about people’s driving and the safety on the road. Hope they’ll make more campaigns about driving safely on the road.

 

JANE TLHAKO: One of my major concerns is handling my budget during the festive season. I’m also concerned about people’s safety on the road and suggest they take precaution.

 

VICTOR MARUMA: I advise people not to overspend during the festive season and consider saving money for January.

 

CLIVE STYANA: Crime and safety on the road are my major concerns.

 

PETER SELLICK: I’m concerned about housebreakings being on a high and drunken drivers on the road.
