Woman hit by Auckland Park bus dies
AUCKLAND PARK – Woman had already succumbed to her injuries and there was nothing medics could do.
A woman was killed on 17 February after being hit by a bus.
ER24’s Russel Meiring said, “A woman was killed this morning when she was struck by a bus on Kingsway Road in Auckland Park.”
ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene to find the Gauteng Emergency Medical Services already in attendance.
“A woman was found lying partially beneath the bus found parked in the left-hand lane.” Medics assessed the woman and found that she had already succumbed to her numerous injuries. Unfortunately, nothing could be done for her and she was declared dead.
The details surrounding this incident were not yet known but local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
