Your ticket to Broadway
King David Victory Park showcases their annual major production.

King David Victory Park amazed audiences as they took them on a Broadway journey through their stage production, Ticket to Broadway.
According to Renos Spanoudes, the creative director of the production, it took three months to prepare for the show. “This was a whole different journey in that I asked the students to each give me a list of the songs they dream to sing, the musicals they love and the monologues they long to perform,” adding that once he put this all together, a dream was realised.
Boy, did they not disappoint too from the singing, choreographed dances and great acting. Families of those in attendance were stunned by the level of talent showcased. The show ran from March 31 to April 6 and contained scenes from fan favourites like Mama Mia, Chicago, Fiddler on the Roof, Annie and Les Miserable to name a few.
This was the school’s annual major production and following this within the year will be the annual Holocaust Play and Arts & Culture Festival.
Through art products like these, Spanoudes thinks there is a tremendous opportunity for students to heal, feel connected, and have a sense of belonging all while being recognised and having their talents celebrated so each child can realise their potential.
