A youth voice: The power of education for future generations
Our writer wishes more of his peers took education seriously as without it, our collective futures are in jeopardy.

The power of education allows us to utilise our mental power to create a psychological mindset, where we can use our minds to fulfill our greatest capabilities.
Education gives us the ability to use knowledge to make an impact on the world that has never been seen before.
That is why I feel it is crucially important for all children to have an education, so that they can have access to knowledge to make an impact and better their lives. Especially if they are located in rural areas.
Education is the future and without it, our generation will fail.
In the past two years, there has been an increase in the number of dropouts and when looking at those numbers, it scares me. How we will continue to strive while living in this world?
Education is the ability to learn and it allows our knowledge to expand, so that we may become better and do better to modernise our planet. I refer to this as evolution.
In my opinion, education is the passport to a successful life.
We learn to gain the opportunity to make a difference in the world and change it for the better. Although in high school you may feel that it is useless and only a waste of time, you will soon come to realise that it is, in fact, the door opener to so much more.
Education is a form of protection as it may help prevent you from being taken advantage of.
Therefore, it is crucial for all citizens to obtain an education, so that they may choose their own path that is beneficial to them and the world itself.
The main point is that my generation needs to start taking education seriously, especially since it is known to be a luxury as not all children can access it.
