On Saturday, Hoërskool Linden’s junior cricket team made history in the Finsbury League against Hoërskool Dr EG Jansen with an outstanding performance.

Simeon Kleynhans stole the show, scoring an incredible 290 runs off 168 balls, not out. Cayden Bruynius also shone brightly, contributing 74 runs off 49 balls, not out.

The bowlers were equally impressive, dismissing Hoërskool Dr EG Jansen in just 10.4 overs. With a staggering victory margin of 468 runs, the team truly made their mark.
