Wellness Day at De La Salle Holy Cross College

The school's wellness team brought the message home as to why holistic health is important.

De La Salle Holy Cross College learners promote well-being.

Recently the school’s wellness team got worked to encourage wellness among their peers, teachers and parents with a focus on a healthy mind, body and soul.

According to the school, wellness can be defined as the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain better physical and mental outcomes. So instead of just surviving, one is thriving.

This particular morning included the learners and staff holding up various mental health posters and handing out green ribbons and flyers to parents and peers.
