Roadmap to a great year Crossroads School

The school welcomed its newest little members and were treated to great smiles.

All roads lead to year filled with great experiences and awesome new learning at Crossroads School.

The Grade 0s and 1s were eager to get the year started. First on the agenda, was a colouring-in assignment. With such a bright start to the year, there is no doubt it promises to be one for the books.

Ryan Shepherd is eager to make new friends in class this year.
Adam Lubani, teacher, Jade Edmeston and Muneiwa Netshaulu, are happy they will get to spend the year together learning new things.
Marlene and Kalyan Singh can’t wait to get this big year started.

Principal of the school, Yolandi Roux, said as school starts for 2023, they look forward to a year filled with learning, growing, and many opportunities to play in the puddles.

Although Caylum Shepherd may look a bit nervous he just excited to take on this bold new year.

“Learning can be a wonderful thing, but only if you are available to learn. May we as the adults around our little and young people be mindful of their needs and support opportunities available in our community. May we challenge our preconceived ideas of what education must be and consider, together, what it could be.”
