Enduro, 4×4 off road adventure day

Outdoor and roughing fans are in for a treat when the annual Paddalvlei farm challenge is hosted on August 27 outside Glencoe on the Burnside district road. The enduro category includes a bronze route (17km), a silver route (27km) and a gold route for the real experts of 30km.

The 4×4 section is a guided tour around Hlatikhulu and Fort Mistake hills. Test your skills on the marked donga track which is spectator friendly. Registration from 7am-9.30am. Plenty of prizes and to eat and drink. Details: Francois Strydom 082 557 6188 or Ds Tewie Willemse 034 39 31343.
