Even the Moths jumped on the heritage bandwagon

The banter is always vigorous and the comradeship merry.

It appears as if everyone was in some kind of heritage mode last week. Even the local Moths from the Endumeni Isandlwana Moth Shellhole got into the act. The Ladysmith Moth Shellhole, known as Siegetown, launched a ‘raid’ on Wednesday with Rod van Deventer leading the scouting party.

Raids are when Moths from a neighouring Shellhole visit during the meeting of another Shellhole. The banter is always vigorous and the comradeship merry.
To add a bit of tasty heritage to proceedings, the visitors were treated to traditional bully-beef sandwiches.
