Share: Local church hosts a high tea
Women from far and wide were invited to converse about different issues they face as modern day God fearing women.
Newly opened Vryheid church Covenant Fellowship Church International had a little something for the ladies this past Saturday.
The church held a high tea where women from far and wide were invited to converse about different issues they face as modern day God fearing women.
The church had a planting crusade in March this year and was officially started in April by Pastors Bheki and Sharon Gazu.
“We had been in ministry for a solid 20 years in Ulundi and decided that it was time to branch out,” said Pastor Sharon.
The theme for the high tea was ‘The best of you’ and they had Zimhlophe Sibiya who spoke about maintaining a good image, Deli Ntombela who spoke about having principles to guide you as a business woman, Zandile Sithole who spoke about the importance of taking care of your health and Pastor Sharon spoke about serving God’s purpose as a woman.
The church aims to inform and educate the community and they are planning to have more programs in future.
