The Ramakrishna Clinic of SA held a free medical clinic for the destitute people of Newcastle on Sunday, November 5 at Lennoxton Primary School.

Around 350 patients visited the clinic where they were examined and assessed by doctors from Newcastle and Durban.

The clinic provided residents access to general medicine, HIV testing and counselling, specialists, paediatricians, gynecologists, physicians, audiologists, dentists, physiotherapists, comprehensive blood screening, ECG and ultrasound testing.
