Newcastle Volkswagen introduced the new sixth generation VW Polo at an exciting launch last Saturday.

Staff and management welcomed excited VW Polo fans, who were immediately enthralled by the VW Polo’s fresh, modern exterior design.

The new Polo however, retains elements and characteristics of VW Polo, but offers a completely new driver-centric interior which ushers in a digitally connected era in the compact hatch segment.

The new VW Polo possesses excellent specification and equipment levels that raised the bar even further. It features muscular good looks, improved luggage space, as well as an assortment of cutting edge technology, the new VW Polo is set to be the biggest launch of 2018.

The new 1.0 TSI is available in two different states of tune across the Trendline, Comfortline and Highline trim levels, and for the first time a DSG gearbox is available on Comfortline.

Info Display is now available in the new Polo, a first in the compact hatch series. This new second generation system features a 10.25 inch screen with enhanced graphics that opens up a world of digital possibility.

The new Polo also comes with all the bells and whistles second to none such as, Blind Spot Detection with Rear Traffic Alert and Parallel Park Assist and Park Distance Control with Manoeuvre Braking to name a few.
