In an Easter egg hunt fort the history books, more than 100 children from all over Newcastle excitedly scurried off and searched every nook and cranny of the popular lodge to gather as many eggs as their baskets could carry, and according to the management of Grey Goose the hunt is a fun event each year and this year was no different.
Between all the fun of hunting the children also had the chance to take part in activities such as horseback riding and playing on jumping castles.
There were also 10 giant golden eggs hidden and the lucky few who found them, could exchange for a goody-bag filled with all the Easter eggs and candy they could carry.
