GALLERY: Gifting Draycott residents food parcels and other necessities

After the last of the packs were issued, the residents that had gathered on the lawn began to sing and thank the Gift of the Givers Foundation

More than 300 residents benefitted from Wednesday's distribution.

Armed with relief supplies, members of the Gift of the Givers Foundation set off to the newly built Amahlubi Community Service Centre where they were met by an orderly gathering of more than 300 people.

Residents sang as a gesture of gratitude.
One of the elderly residents that had to be brought with a wheelbarrow.
The Gift of the Givers Foundation distributed 300 blankets, food parcels and hygiene packs.

Residents receive the relief packs, just in time for the colder winter days.
