[GALLERY] A welcome boost for Tauricus Combined School

The sound of a siren disrupting routine classroom time meant that something was about to happen.

As the children were beckoned out of their classes, their faces lit up when they saw the big green Gift of the Givers truck and the friendly volunteers.

Each child and educator was grateful to receive food and hygiene packs.

Principal Nkosinathi Majola remarked to Gift of the Givers Estcourt representative Jaaved Khan that: “Christmas has come early!”

More than 100 packs were distributed.
