NOFTA bids farewell to 2019 in grand style

The Newcastle Organisation For The Aged (NOFTA) bid 2019 a fond farewell at its annual year end and Christmas function on December 18.

The function commenced with tea and light snacks, as members chatted and shared memories of the past year. Each member received a gift as a token of appreciation. The day concluded with a delicious supper and entertainment by a live band.

From its inception in 1992, Nofta is a registered non-profit organisation which caters for senior citizens. The luncheon club meet twice a week and engage in recreational activities and enjoy nutritional meals.
