If you’ve answered no or may be hesitant about the answers, then you need to attend a workshop that will teach you simple yet effective techniques.

A self-defence and what to do in an emergency situation workshop will be held on Wednesday, December 4 at the AFM Church in Brickhill Road. David Allen will host this interactive, entertaining, informative and practical event.

Coffee and tea will be served from 5.30pm and the talk starts promptly at 5.45pm, ending at 6.45pm. Some of the topics covered will include festive season safety, what to do during a house robbery, crime trends and anti-hijacking tips. See you there!
