The Emnambithi/Ladysmith Ratepayers Association is to hold a meeting on Wednesday afternoon with municipal officials to demand answers and information on what exactly the municipality is doing with the money it received to repair storm-damaged homes.

The hailstorm on December 9, 2012, damaged many homes in Ladysmith, many of which have not been repaired to date.

On the agenda for the meeting, they have asked for all relevant information regarding how much and where the monies given for disaster relief has been spent.

The meeting is seen as pivotal and the support of the community at large is needed.
