Amanda Malinga represented Endumeni at the Umzinyathi round of the Financial Literacy Speech Competition, which she won! She will be representing Umzinyathi at the provincial round on October 17. Well done Amanda, and all of the best with the next round – you have made your school proud.
Fishing – KZN vs Gauteng
Eight boys from DHS represented KZN while fishing at Chelmsford Dam this past Saturday. In spite of the freezing weather, the boys fished well and were awarded silver medals. Well done to all who participated, and a special thank-you to Mr Kenchenten for transporting everyone.

Last Wednesday, September 17, the DHS first cricket team played against Ferrum High and unfortunately lost their match. The juniors played quite well. The girls’ first soccer team played against Thalana on the same day, and also lost their match 2-0.
