Ichthus learners excel in the pool and on the court

On Friday and Saturday, March 6-7, two of Ichthus’ learners represented the KZNCSSA swimming team at the SACSSA gala held at Delville Pool in Germiston.
The results were as follows: Amy-Faith Stein (G u/10): 50m Freestyle – fifth; 100m Freestyle – fourth; MacGreiger Stein (B u/12): 50m Freestyle – fifth; 100m Freestyle – sixth; 50m Butterfly – fourth.
Well done to Amy-Faith and MacGreiger! Thank you to all the parents, teachers and coaches in Dundee who helped and coached the swimmers. The School appreciates it very much! Thank you to the swimmers for all the hours they practised; The school is very proud of them!
Endumeni Netball Trials
On Friday, March 20, six netball players took part in the Endumeni Netball Trials held at Dundee Junior School. Congratulations to Alwande Mkhize who was selected for the u/13 team and Tiana Maritz who was selected for the u/12 team. They will participate in the next round, which will be held on April 16. Thank you to Mrs Malan for the many hours of coaching and well done to all the netball girls who did their best.
