Easter Monday is earmarked as a nice family day… But not for the ‘farmer who tends to the gypsy-like cows.  The cows,famous for crossing the intersection of Victoria and Tandy Streets have a new place to graze.

Yesterday, residents on Fouche Street were surprised to find themselves having to Bob and weave among the cows that were herded down Fouche Street late on Monday.  Like the public parks’even the pavements are Under threat…
