Breakwaters ‘warm up’ underway
New members wishing to join the APL will be assigned to teams of their choice depending on the availability of spaces within each affiliated team.
In preparation for the angling season ahead, members of both Breakwaters and Stillwaters Angling Club will take to the waters for the “warm up”.
The Champion of Champions Competition took place on August 2 at Sandford. The top five anglers were awarded with outright trophies. It was also an ideal opportunity to acquaint the newcomers to competitive angling in preparation for the Angling Professional League competition which will be held on August 16 at Sandford.
The season has several incentives and prizes on offer which has the making of an exciting and interesting season, as anglers pit their skills against one another.
Affiliation is currently open.
