Burst water pipe in Azalea Drive
uThukela workers are at the scene and water should be back on at around 4pm

A water pipe burst in Azalea Drive this morning (Sunday), leaving Acaciavale residents with low pressure or no water in most areas.
An angry resident commented that the pipe burst during the early hours of the morning, with water flowing down the road like a river.
Cllr Abbas Warasally contacted uThukela about the leak and they sent out workers to attend to the problem.
Clean drinking water was seen flowing down Azalea Drive and Centenary Road, causing a problem to motorists.
uThukela workers are on scene and people should have water at around 4pm this afternoon.
