Tributes pour in for gracious Fransie Joubert

This much-loved lady who was so much part of Dundee's unique fabric:

Fransie passed away on Sunday. She was a remarkable 87-years-old. Fransie had lived at Eventide Home for some years but was still very active in the community and always supported community events when she could.
A memorial service will be held from 11am this Friday, August 14, at the NG Kerk Suid, Fouche Street.
