Give Ladysmith SAPS a big boo for not only parking in a disabled parking spot, but for also having the nerve to do it in an unlicensed police car!

Eagle-eyed, Bertus Wheeler, spotted this police car in a disabled parking bay at a local shopping mall.

“Traffic Officers wanted to write us fines or impound our vehicle’s but I have just seen this SA police vehicle at a Shopping Centre in town with expired license disc and parked in Disabled Parking…. I guess this is the new South Africa,” says Bertus on Facebook.
